§ 3.2-5129. Definition of term "food.".
The term "food" as used in this article means all articles used for food,drink, confectionery or condiment, whether simple, mixed or compound, and allsubstances or ingredients used in the preparation thereof, intended for humanconsumption and introduction into commerce.
