§ 3.2-5205. Injunctions.

If any person violates any provision of this article or the regulationsadopted hereunder, then either the Commissioner or the State HealthCommissioner may petition any appropriate circuit court for relief byinjunction, without being compelled to allege or prove that an adequateremedy at law does not exist.
