Any person who shall, by himself or as the officer, servant, agent, oremployee of any person falsely manipulate, underread, or overread the Babcocktest or any other apparatus used for the purpose of determining the amount ofmilk fat in milk or cream, or who shall make any false determination of anytest or apparatus used for the purpose of determining the amount of milk fatin any dairy products, is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
