§ 3.2-5411. Limitation of inspection to plants preparing products for humanfood.

Inspection shall not be provided under this chapter at any establishment forthe slaughter of livestock or poultry or the preparation of any livestockproducts or poultry products that are not intended for use as human food, butsuch articles shall, prior to their offer for sale or transportation inintrastate commerce, unless naturally inedible by humans, be denatured orotherwise identified as prescribed by regulations of the Board to deter theiruse for human food.
