§ 3.2-5417. Power of injunction.

The Commissioner is authorized to apply to any appropriate court for aninjunction and such court may grant a temporary or permanent injunctionrestraining a person from violating or continuing the violation of anyprovision of this chapter, when the court determines that the testimony andevidence presented warrants such action, without reference to adequacy of anyremedy existing at law.
