The Commissioner shall have the custody of the state standards of weight andmeasure and of the other standards and equipment provided for by thischapter, and shall keep accurate records of the same. The Commissioner shallenforce the provisions of this chapter, and shall have and keep a generalsupervision over the weights and measures offered for sale, sold, or in usein the Commonwealth.
