§ 3.2-5610. Investigations by Commissioner.

The Commissioner shall investigate complaints made to him concerningviolations of the provisions of this chapter, and shall, upon his owninitiative, conduct such investigations as he deems appropriate and advisableto develop information on prevailing procedures in commercial quantitydeterminations and on possible violations of the provisions of this chapterand to promote the general objective of accuracy in the determination andrepresentation of quantity in commercial transactions.
