In cities and counties where sealers of weights and measures have beenappointed as provided for in this chapter, the Commissioner shall haveconcurrent authority to enforce the provisions of this chapter. Theprovisions of this chapter shall be the law throughout the Commonwealth andno city or county shall pass or enforce ordinances in conflict.
