§ 3.2-5629. Fees and other moneys received.

No fees shall be charged for the services of any appointee under this chapterunless such services are special, unusual or noncommercial and rendered byagreement with or at the request of the person served.

In the event services be rendered by agreement with or at the request of theparty served such fees may be charged as the Commissioner may deem proper.All fees and moneys collected or received pursuant hereto shall be paid intothe state treasury to be there maintained in the Weights and Measures Fund (§3.2-5628) for the administration and carrying out of the provisions of thischapter.
