§ 3.2-5702. Delegation of authority.
The Board may delegate to the Commissioner: (i) any authority vested in itunder this chapter, except the authority to adopt regulations; and (ii) anyauthority contained in § 3.2-5646 relating to the assessment of civilpenalties.
