§ 3.2-5802. Qualifications of licensed public weighmasters.

A citizen of the United States or a person who has been lawfully admitted forpermanent residence, and is not less than 18 years of age, of good moralcharacter, and who has the ability to weigh accurately and to make correctweight certificates, and who has received from the Commissioner a license asa licensed public weighmaster shall be authorized to act as a licensed publicweighmaster.
