§ 3.2-5817. Suspension or revocation of license.

The Commissioner is authorized to suspend or revoke the license of anylicensed public weighmaster: (i) when he is satisfied, after a hearing upon10 days' notice to the licensee, that the said licensee has violated anyprovision of this chapter or of any regulation of the Commissioner affectinglicensed public weighmasters; or (ii) when a licensed public weighmaster hasbeen convicted in any appropriate court of violating any provision of thischapter or of any regulation issued under authority of this chapter.
