§ 30-14.3. Keeper of the Rolls authorized to correct typographical errors,etc., in bills.

The Keeper of the Rolls of the Commonwealth is authorized to correcttypographical errors in bills in the form that they are offered, printed,engrossed, enrolled, or printed after passage; and for the sake of uniformityto change from upper to lower case or vice versa, take out or put in hyphens,change from one word form to two word form or vice versa, to the end that itwill not be necessary to encumber the journal with amendments for suchpurposes.
