§ 30-118. Staff for Panel.

The Panel may hire staff and outside counsel to assist the Panel and toconduct examinations of witnesses, subject to the approval of the PresidentPro Tempore of the Senate for the Senate Ethics Advisory Panel and subject tothe approval of the Speaker of the House of Delegates for the House EthicsAdvisory Panel. The Panel may have the Director of the Division ofLegislative Services, and such additional staff as he may assign, assist thePanel during its preliminary investigation and during its proceedings.
