§ 30-242. Terms.
Legislators serving as members of the Commission shall serve termscoterminous with their current terms of office. The nonlegislative membersshall serve at the pleasure of their respective appointing authorities for aterm of not more than four years. Nonlegislative members may be reappointedat the end of the four-year term.
