§ 30-59.1. State agency defined.

For the purposes of §§ 30-58.1 and 30-59, the terms "state agency," "stateagencies," "agency," and "agencies" shall mean all executive, judicial,and legislative entities of the Commonwealth as well as all constitutionallyor statutorily created state entities.
