§ 31-7. When court may appoint temporary guardians; bond; powers and duties.

Until a guardian appointed by the court or clerk has given bond, or whilethere is no guardian, the court or clerk may, from time to time, appoint atemporary guardian, who shall give bond as aforesaid, and during thecontinuance of his guardianship have all the powers and perform all theduties of a guardian, and be responsible in the same way.
