§ 31-51. Custodian's expenses, compensation, and bond.

A custodian is entitled to reimbursement from custodial property forreasonable expenses incurred in the performance of the custodian's duties.

A custodian, other than one who is a transferor under § 31-40, has anoncumulative election during each calendar year to charge reasonablecompensation for services performed during that year.

Except upon petition as provided in subsection F of § 31-54, a custodian neednot give a bond.
