§ 32.1-24. Applicability of Administrative Process Act.

The provisions of the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) shallgovern the procedures for rendering all case decisions, as defined in §2.2-4001, and issuing all orders and regulations under the provisions of thisCode administered by the Board, the Commissioner or the Department unlessexempt from the Administrative Process Act.
