§ 32.1-325.4. Penalty for violation.

Any person who willfully violates or refuses, fails, or neglects to complywith any regulation or order of the Board or the Director promulgatedpursuant to § 32.1-325.3 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
