§ 32.1-138.8. Consultation with health regulatory boards.

If in the administration of this article a question concerning compliancewith standards of practice governing any health care profession arisespursuant to Subtitle III (§ 54.1-2400 et seq.) of Title 54.1, theCommissioner or his designee shall consult with the appropriate healthregulatory board within the Department of Health Professions.
