§ 32.1-163.1. Personal liability of sanitarians defined.

A sanitarian while acting within the scope of his employment in approving ordenying applications for permits for onsite sewage disposal systems or whileperforming checks of or reviewing and approving field evaluations completedby authorized onsite soil evaluators shall be subject to personal liabilityonly for his gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
