§ 32.1-248.1. Posting of water quality test results by certain recreationalfacilities.

The Board of Health shall promulgate regulations to require the daily postingof water quality test results at swimming pools and other water recreationalfacilities operated for public use or in conjunction with a tourist facilityor health spa. Such regulations shall require, among other things, theposting of water quality data regarding the current pH level, disinfectanttype and concentration, and water temperature, and the recommended safelevels of each, and shall not apply to private residential water recreationalfacilities, as defined by the Board.
