§ 33.1-16. Furnishing information regarding right-of-way transactions.

Upon written request to the central office of the Department ofTransportation, the Commissioner shall furnish information regardingright-of-way transactions where any public funds are expended. Suchinformation shall not be released prior to sixty days following thetransaction to any person not a party directly interested in such transaction.

The information referred to herein shall consist of the following (1) name ofthe person to whom any sum was paid for land or interest therein; (2) theamount of land or interest therein acquired from such person; and (3) theamount paid such person for land and the amount paid for damage resulting tothe remaining property of such person.
