§ 33.1-23. Sections not applicable to certain engines and tractors.

The provisions of subdivision (3) of § 33.1-12 and of the preceding threesections (§§ 33.1-19, 33.1-21, and 33.1-22) shall not apply to tractionengines and tractors, weighing not less than five tons, when drawingthreshing machines, hay balers or other farm machinery for local farm use.
