§ 33.1-270. Acquisition and construction of projects.
The Board shall acquire or construct, under the provisions of this article,each of the projects included in the undertaking, at the earliest datesdeemed by the Board to be feasible for the acquisition or construction ofeach project and the financing thereof under this article.
