§ 33.1-325. District road obligations not affected by adverse vote.
Nothing herein contained shall in any way affect the validity of suchdistrict road obligations in the event of the result of such election beingagainst the assumption thereof by the county, but they shall continue to beas valid and binding in all respects, as they were in their inception.
