§ 33.1-347. Dump creating fire hazard to public bridge.

It shall be unlawful for any person to establish or maintain a public orprivate dump containing inflammable articles within 500' of any public bridgeconstructed wholly or partly of wood so as to create a fire hazard to suchbridge. Any person violating this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanorand punished as provided by law. Each day of operation in violation hereofshall constitute a separate offense. An offense hereunder may be enjoined inthe manner provided by law for the abatement of public nuisances.
