§ 33.1-358. Judicial review of revocation.

Any person whose license is so revoked is entitled to judicial review of suchrevocation in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative ProcessAct (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.). Any person aggrieved by the judgment of such courtshall have the right of appeal to the Court of Appeals.
