§ 33.1-389. Provisions of chapter deemed part of contract.
The provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to enter into and form a partof every contract entered into between the Commonwealth Transportation Boardand any contractor on or after July 1, 1976, and no provision in saidcontracts shall be valid that is in conflict herewith.
