§ 35.1-4. Applicability of Administrative Process Act.

The Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000) shall govern the procedures forrendering all case decisions, as defined in § 2.2-400, and for issuing allorders and regulations promulgated pursuant to the authority of this title.
