§ 35.1-6. Orders.

The Board is authorized to issue orders to require any person to comply withthe provisions of this title or any regulations promulgated by the Board, orto comply with any case decision, as defined in § 2.2-4001, of the Board orCommissioner. Any such order shall be issued only after a hearing with atleast thirty days notice to the affected person of the time, place, andpurpose thereof. Such order shall become effective not less than fifteen daysafter mailing a copy thereof by certified mail to the last known address ofsuch person. The provisions of this section shall not affect the authority ofthe Board to issue separate orders and regulations to meet any emergency asprovided in § 35.1-12.
