§ 36-48.1. Creation of Conservation Areas.

A conservation area as defined in § 36-3 may be created by an authority asprovided in this chapter and a conservation plan may be adopted to providefor the conservation, rehabilitation, and revitalization of such conservationarea. The conservation plan shall (i) outline specific boundaries for theconservation area, (ii) be adopted in accordance with § 36-49.1, and (iii)satisfy the requirements as set forth in § 36-51.1.
