§ 36-5. Reports.

At least once a year, an authority shall file with the clerk a report of itsactivities for the preceding year, including a financial statement and astatement of the maximum income limits for tenants in its projects and shallmake recommendations with reference to such additional legislation or otheraction as it deems necessary in order to carry out the purposes of thischapter. All records of an authority shall be public records, and shall beopen to inspection by the public during all business hours under suchreasonable regulations as the authority may prescribe; provided that the term"records" shall include only completed contracts and transactions of theauthority.
