The Administrator shall have the right, at all reasonable hours, to enterinto any industrialized building upon permission of any person who hasauthority or shares the use, access and control over the building, or uponrequest of local officials having jurisdiction, for examination as tocompliance with the rules and regulations of the Board. Whenever theAdministrator shall find any violation of the rules and regulations of theBoard, he shall order the person responsible therefor to bring the buildinginto compliance, within a reasonable time, to be fixed in the order.
