§ 36-83. Violation a Class 1 misdemeanor; penalty.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation, on or after June26, 1970, to violate any provisions of this law or the rules and regulationsmade pursuant hereto. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of theprovisions of this law, or the rules and regulations made hereunder, shall bedeemed guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall bepunished by a fine of not more than $1,000.
