§ 36-96.12. No reasonable cause determination and effect.

If the Board determines that no reasonable cause exists to believe that adiscriminatory housing practice has occurred or is about to occur, the Boardshall promptly dismiss the complaint notifying the parties within thirty daysof such determination. The Board shall make public disclosure of eachdismissal.
