§ 36-139.5:1. Eligibility for Industrial Site Development Program.

The Department, in determining eligibility for the Industrial SiteDevelopment Program, shall allow exceptions to the Department's minimumrequirement of 200 net developable acres because of geographic topographic orland availability limitations.
