§ 37.2-1019. Taking of bond by clerk of court.

Whenever in this title provision is made for the appointment of a fiduciaryby a circuit court, the clerk of the court also shall have the authority totake the required bond, set the penalty thereof, and pass upon thesufficiency of the surety thereon.
