§ 37.2-430. Providing alcoholic beverages to consumers.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or give alcoholic beverages toany consumer at any hospital or training center, bring alcoholic beveragesonto the premises of the hospital or training center, administer alcoholicbeverages to any consumer, or place alcoholic beverages or cause them to beplaced where any consumer may access them, except if the alcoholic beveragesare prescribed by the director or physicians of the hospital or trainingcenter. Any such person is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
