§ 37.2-807. Emergency or respite care admissions to training centers.

The Board may adopt regulations to provide for emergency and respite careadmissions to training centers. A respite care or emergency admission madepursuant to such regulation shall not be considered an admission under §37.2-806 and shall not require judicial certification of eligibility foradmission. No individual shall be admitted to a training center under anemergency or respite care admission for more than 21 consecutive days or 75days in a calendar year.
