§ 38.2-1202. Insuring power of reciprocals.
A reciprocal licensed to transact the business of insurance in thisCommonwealth may write the classes of insurance enumerated in Article 2 (§38.2-101 et seq.) of Chapter 1 of this title, except life insurance,annuities, and title insurance.
