A domestic insurer may invest in adequately secured equipment trustcertificates or other adequately secured instruments evidencing (i) aninterest in transportation equipment wholly or partly within the UnitedStates and (ii) a right to receive determined portions of rental, purchase orother fixed obligatory payments for the use or purchase of the transportationequipment.
