§ 38.2-1612. Examination and regulation of Association by Commission; annualfinancial report.
The Association shall be subject to examination and regulation by theCommission. The board of directors shall submit, not later than May 1 of eachyear, a financial report for the preceding calendar year in a form approvedby the Commission.
