§ 38.2-1835. Failure to appoint.

Any insurer that accepts applications from an unlicensed agent or does notappoint a licensed agent pursuant to the provisions of § 38.2-1833 shall bepenalized as provided in §§ 38.2-218 and 38.2-1040.
