§ 38.2-2013. Excess rate for specific risk.

Subject to the Commission's approval, a rate in excess of that provided by anapplicable filing may be used for a specific risk upon the filing of (i)written application of an insurer stating its reasons for the increased rate,accompanied by (ii) the written consent of the insured or prospective insured.
