If after a hearing the Commission finds that the furnishing of information orassistance by any advisory organization involves any act or practice that isunfair, unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent with this chapter, theCommission may issue a written order (i) specifying in what respects the actor practice is unfair, unreasonable or otherwise inconsistent with thischapter, and (ii) requiring the discontinuance of the act or practice.
