§ 38.2-2909. Annual statements.

The Association shall file an annual statement with the Commission withinthree months of the close of each fiscal year. The annual statement shallcontain information on its transactions, conditions, operations and affairsduring the preceding fiscal year. The form and content of the annualstatement shall be subject to the Commission's approval. The Commission mayat any time require the Association to furnish additional information on itstransactions, condition or any matter connected with the Associationconsidered to be material and of assistance in evaluating the scope,operation and experience of the Association.
