If Moody's Corporate Bond Yield Average - Monthly Average Corporates is nolonger published by Moody's Investors Service, Inc., or if the NationalAssociation of Insurance Commissioners determines that Moody's Corporate BondYield Average - Monthly Average Corporates as published by Moody's InvestorsService, Inc. is no longer appropriate for the determination of the referenceinterest rate as defined in § 38.2-3135, then an alternative method fordetermination of the reference interest rate may be substituted if it isadopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners and approvedby the Commission.
