§ 38.2-3226. Disclosure of limited death benefits.
Any contract that does not provide cash surrender benefits or does notprovide death benefits at least equal to the minimum nonforfeiture amountbefore the beginning of any annuity payments shall include a statement in aprominent place in the contract that those benefits are not provided.
